Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Communication, or a related field (e.g., Change Management / Organizational Development)

  • •Initial experience or exposure to L&D, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, or HR Technology / People Analytics is a plus
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
