Job Summary

Serve as the USA Pavilion’s front-door welcome for Expo guests, managing greetings, waiting, seating, and guest flow during peak periods. During VIP events, receive and direct delegations and officials with protocol awareness, coordinating with management, security, and protocol partners. Provide warm, polished American hospitality throughout extended hours, support reservations and check-in as needed, and maintain strict discretion about VIP guests and pavilion activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Warmly greet every guest and manage waiting, seating, and guest flow during Expo peak periods.
•Maintain calm, safe queue and crowd flow at a high-footfall pavilion.
•Answer guest questions and represent the brand with pride.
•Receive and direct VIP guests, delegations, and officials during protocol events, following agreed order and etiquette.
•Support reservations, event check-in, and guest-list management as required, and hand over smoothly to servers.

Key Requirements

•Warm, confident, front-facing personality with excellent communication.
•Experience hosting, greeting, or working in guest-relations/reception roles.
•Calm queue- and crowd-management ability in high-footfall environments.
•Discretion and poise for VIP reception.
•Strong English (additional languages are an advantage).
