Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end roadmap for internal platform/tools: environment platform, agentic build and QA tooling, expert onboarding, delivery tracking, and the spec pipeline.
  • •Write versioned PRDs frozen at kickoff with explicit MVP scope/cut lists and buildability constraints.
  • •Partner with internal customers (environment engineers, SME ops, QA, GTM), identify pain points, and translate findings into a ranked backlog including what won’t be built and why.
  • •Use instrumentation and usage data to drive decisions, and eliminate features that don’t earn value.
  • •Close the loop between automated QA and specs by fixing the spec pipeline when repeated issues indicate spec failure; build agentic workflows for spec generation/versioning.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as a product manager with experience PMing platform, infrastructure, or internal tools for engineering/internal teams.
  • •A strong track record of PRDs that engineers actually build from, including shipping when priorities change without losing spec trust.
  • •Strong technical fluency: daily use of AI tools, comfort reading/reviewing code, and ability to pull/analyze usage data.
  • •Evidence of ruthless prioritization: MVPs shipped, published cut lists, and features cut with clear reasoning.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication to turn stakeholder asks into crisp specs with owners/dates, plus strong quality/detail judgment.
