Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently underwrite new and existing business, including development and implementation of liability insurance solutions.
  • •Set premiums and conditions, conduct negotiations with brokers and customers, and perform profitability reviews including remediation concepts and related administration.
  • •Competently and sustainably advise and manage customers and brokers.
  • •Maintain and expand your network with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Support market observations, product and market development, and projects from planning to successful implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed commercial training or university degree, ideally with additional training in insurance or risk management.
  • •Several years of practical experience in liability insurance, preferably with an international focus.
  • •Demonstrated initiative and a communicative, team-oriented personality with analytical and networked thinking.
  • •Strong customer orientation and high personal responsibility.
  • •Very good German and English skills; good French is an advantage.
