Key Responsibilities

•HR OPERATIONS & EMPLOYEE SUPPORT: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
•RECRUITMENT & HIRING SUPPORT: Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.
•ONBOARDING: Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
•CLARIFY HR POLICIES & INQUIRIES: Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
•DOCUMENTATION: Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers) in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
