Key Responsibilities

•Lead and/or support sector-leading projects as the strategic procurement subject matter expert.
•Design optimum delivery model, contract strategy, commercial model and route to market based on client drivers and project success factors.
•Manage the competitive procurement process including market engagement, supplier shortlisting, tender development, evaluation and negotiation.
•Provide advice on commercial aspects, category management and performance management.
•Support work-winning activities including contributing to proposal documentation and developing the procurement service offering.

Key Requirements

•Five years post-qualification experience leading procurement of complex construction and infrastructure projects.
•Experience managing the procurement lifecycle from sourcing through contract management.
•Proven project/programme management experience with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•Strong communication and influencing skills; able to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
•Experience in strategic sourcing, category management and contract management.
