Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from C-Suite through executives and global teams to maximize platform value across the customer lifecycle.
  • •Own a Southeast Asia customer portfolio from Singapore, partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Partners and Support to deliver localized, outcome-based programs.
  • •Create and run Success Plans with regular check-ins and QBRs, anchored in measurable business outcomes, adoption signals, and value realization.
  • •Manage post-sales activity through relationship-building, product expertise, and execution; maintain practical technical fluency across Atlassian solutions including integrations and governance.
  • •Drive early and sustained product adoption, identify and mitigate churn using customer signals, and provide internal feedback as the Voice of the Customer.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years in Customer Success or account management, managing Enterprise customers with complex SaaS portfolios.
  • •Experience leading strategic, multi-stakeholder engagements and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • •Professional fluency in English and at least one SEA language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, or Bahasa Melayu/Malay).
  • •Experience establishing trusted-advisor relationships with customer partners to guide outcomes.
  • •Fluency with Success Plans, adoption-to-value realization, quantifying business value, and using data to guide prioritization; strong technical fluency across Jira/Confluence end-user use cases and SaaS workflows/integrations/AI-enabled use cases.
