Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze business needs, then plan and deliver training or other developmental solutions to enhance retail and outlet capabilities.
  • •Develop and execute training solutions to support growth goals including increased sales, market share, profitability, and customer experience.
  • •Build knowledge, confidence, and leadership capabilities across staff, with improvements in selling skills and leadership capability.
  • •Partner with Channel Head, Regional Leader, and HR to ensure training and developmental solutions are delivered effectively (including TTT and aligned tools/materials).
  • •Contribute to brand transformation by enhancing fashion acumen across the organization and coordinate with internal and external contacts, including training vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •Training planning and execution experience in fashion/luxury industries.
  • •More than 5 years’ experience as Store Manager, Stylist, or MD in fashion/apparel brands with the ability to deliver training (nice to have).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external partners.
  • •Experience in management training such as Situational Leadership and Coaching Training (plus).
  • •Japanese fluent; business-level English; bachelor’s degree required.
