Develop software (typically in Python) to acquire and transform data from disparate sources into training, validation, and testing datasets. Analyze data with descriptive statistics alongside domain experts, build data pipelines and quality checks, and apply supervised, unsupervised, and time-series algorithms. Tune models with hyperparameters, mitigate bias/leakage, and run distributed training and inference on cloud infrastructure. Present results to partners and help convert prototypes into production.
