  • •Manage office build-outs, relocations, and capital refresh projects from planning through completion.
  • •Develop project scopes, RFPs, bid packages, and procurement strategies based on objectives and local market conditions.
  • •Oversee external project managers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects.
  • •Maintain project schedules, budgets, and tracking tools to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Evaluate and enhance recurring facilities maintenance programs and support capital planning/CapEx reporting, including $100K+ capital maintenance projects.

Key Requirements
