Job Summary

Build full-stack web applications and data infrastructure that connect wet-lab and computational scientists. Partner with researchers and product designers to rapidly architect and ship tools, including a scientific UI for AutoOpenRaman and pipelines that turn raw spectra into interpretable results. Own the end-to-end lifecycle from scoping through deployment and monitoring, and develop agentic AI workflows to automate data QC, interpretation, and reporting in a production-ready way.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with researchers and product designers to identify high-impact problems, then architect and ship solutions through rapid iteration.
•Design, develop, and maintain the internal product suite using modern web technologies with scalability, performance, and scientist-focused UX.
•Build and improve data infrastructure for biological research workflows, from ingestion and transformation to exploration and visualization.
•Design and ship a scientific UI for bench scientists, including sample management, run configuration, live acquisition feedback, and results review.
•Build and maintain agentic AI workflows to automate data QC, interpretation, report generation, and other repeatable analytical tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 195,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience building products from scratch in fast-moving environments and shipping software non-engineers depend on.
•Experience designing and shipping user interfaces for scientific or technical workflows, including clean layout, clear state, and graceful error handling.
•Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with comfort owning both backend services and frontend applications.
•Experience building data pipelines for scientific data, including ingestion, transformation, QC, and structured storage.
•Deep AI literacy, including architectural understanding of agentic systems and demonstrated experience using LLMs/agents or AI-assisted development tools to build and maintain capabilities.
