  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Build the team by hiring, training, retaining, counseling, and educating team members on benefits, compensation, and company policies.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure accurate fulfillment and shipments, including record keeping, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
  • •Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up, machinery is performing, and workstations have passed USDA inspection.
  • •Oversee processing operations, promote daily safety and monthly safety meetings, and provide continuous education on quality.
