Job Summary

Own the creation of winning bids for land-based optronic products, covering both infantry equipment and integrated solutions on armored vehicles. Coordinate multi-technical and multi-stakeholder activities and manage proposals against calendar and technical constraints. Serve as the client interface with capture or commercial leads, support client demonstrations, and contribute to commercial development plans with the Direction Commerciale and product line.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop bids across the land optronic product portfolio while ensuring proposal commitments and alignment with sector and business line strategy.
•Interface with the client with the Capture Leader or commercial manager.
•Organize activities and pre-project work in a multi-technical context and coordinate with cross-functional business line teams within deadlines.
•Participate in the commercial development plan for soldier optronic product lines with the commercial direction and sector product line.
•Support and participate in client demonstrations to promote solutions and collect user feedback.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Master’s-level education (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school with skills in project and/or bid management.
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional, multi-trades teams around a shared objective.
•Capability to manage multiple bids simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
•Demonstrated proficiency in English for international bids.
•Strong understanding of the defense-related industrial domain and optronics, plus excellent communication and relationship skills.
