Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Lead cross-functional procurement operations programs that support business priorities and functional strategy.
  • ā€¢Own end-to-end execution of complex procurement initiatives across intake, request review/updates, PO creation/maintenance, supplier coordination, approvals, documentation, and downstream handoffs.
  • ā€¢Review requests in procurement systems, make or guide request and PO updates, and resolve operational issues using patterns to improve the lifecycle.
  • ā€¢Design scalable processes, metrics, operating cadences, control checkpoints, and AI-enabled workflows to reduce friction while improving compliance, accountability, and operating effectiveness.
  • ā€¢Partner across stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and balance urgent needs with policy, approval controls, auditability, financial accuracy, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢7+ years in procurement operations (P2P, sourcing), finance operations, supply chain operations, business operations, or related experience in a fast-moving environment.
  • ā€¢High AI fluency, including using AI tools to reduce manual effort, strengthen analysis, improve documentation, and create scalable operating leverage.
  • ā€¢Experience leading cross-functional operational programs with measurable improvements in service quality, operating effectiveness, cycle time, compliance, or stakeholder experience.
  • ā€¢Advanced procurement operations judgment to resolve complex tasks independently and know when to escalate higher-risk issues.
