Key Responsibilities

  • •Process purchase orders in the transactional CORE system and maintain an up-to-date order log.
  • •Create and maintain accurate transfers for merchandise movements, including warehouse-to-store, intercountry, return-to-vendor, and temporary stock loans.
  • •Process sales orders, register them on the control listing, and generate invoices, credit notes, and required sales documentation.
  • •Manage pricing maintenance for markdowns and in-store promotions, including SKU/list updates and timely replenishment requests.
  • •Support drop shipments and resolve inbound stock variance by identifying invoice-matching discrepancies and coordinating replacements/debit-credit notes and corrective actions.
