Job Summary

Lead Skincare & Haircare learning and development for Sephora University across the KSA West region, based in Jeddah. Deliver in-class and digital training modules, coach store teams through weekly store visits, and track progress. Build the training calendar and budget, support the Skincare Community, and coordinate brand training logistics and admin. Partner with Retail/Store Managers and internal teams to align on feedback, development plans, and store needs while traveling regularly within the region.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Skincare & Haircare learning and development for the KSA West store team through regional training initiatives, in-store coaching, and assessment.
•Visit stores weekly to provide follow-up, coaching, assessment, and feedback via store visit reports, and develop the team’s knowledge and selling skills.
•Build and manage the annual training calendar and budget for KSA West, and deliver Sephora University Skincare & Haircare modules (in-class and digital).
•Track development, progress, and learning of the store team, and support engagement with the digital Sephora Learning App.
•Coordinate Skincare & Haircare brand training logistics and admin tasks for events, masterclasses, and digital trainings, in collaboration with internal partners.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in beauty retail and/or experience in retail education.
•Strong skincare and haircare knowledge.
•Proven track record of coaching and developing people.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
•Ability to travel locally within KSA on a regular basis and travel regionally occasionally.
