Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction for the unified build and release platform from PoC architecture decisions through phased production rollout.
  • •Align with executives and product line owners on phased rollout sequencing to accelerate release velocity without delaying active shipments.
  • •Drive organizational change across firmware, kernel, and ROCm teams by aligning workflows and building buy-in for shift-left development and trunk health.
  • •Lead a tiger team of 5–10 senior engineers, keeping workstreams unblocked and converging build/CI efforts into a coherent system.
  • •Commit to coding (~50%) by owning meaningful parts of the platform rather than only reviewing others’ work.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership at the director or fellow level.
