Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process for ESP artificial lift applications.
  • •Design ESP systems, perform offset well analysis, and conduct engineering modeling calculations to identify operational risks and hazards.
  • •Evaluate well conditions, fluid properties, power availability, and mechanical constraints impacting ESP selection and job program design (pump sizing, motor loading, cable selection, risk mitigation, contingency planning).
  • •Provide on-demand technical support for ESP installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and system optimization, including incident resolution and corrective actions.
  • •Document engineering calculations and design changes, compare job-as-planned vs job-as-executed outcomes, capture lessons learned, and support sales with system recommendations and customer presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • •Experience or strong interest in artificial lift (ESP) systems, wellbore hydraulics, or production engineering.
  • •Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing, and planning skills.
  • •Ability to be available on call after hours as required and to travel to rig sites and customer locations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering technical presentations.
