  • •Lead VM leadership and store engagement by executing visual direction, including monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, and windows.
  • •Run VM calls with the field to communicate plans and solve issues around monthly floorsets and VM initiatives.
  • •Train and develop visual talent through conference calls, seminars, and in-person sessions; identify top performers and improvement opportunities.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Global Visual Merchandising and NA buying/wholesale to align seasonal direction and balance brand storytelling with commercial priorities.
