Job Summary

Lead growth of the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program across LATAMC by driving valid enrollments, engagement, and member revenue, while also owning local WHR portfolio marketing in Mexico. Define, implement, and track country and regional strategies across marketing, branding, content, social, communications, and paid media. Partner with global Loyalty teams, brands, franchisees, and hotels on performance measurement, alliances, and communications—including crisis support and media relations.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement LATAMC Wyndham Rewards marketing, operations, and communications strategies aligned to global objectives to increase registered members and engagement.
•Monitor and analyze key program performance indicators across guests and franchise levels.
•Collaborate with the US Loyalty team to represent LATAMC in global goal-setting, performance measurement, and new benefit development.
•Develop and coordinate distribution (physical and digital) of Wyndham Rewards collateral to regional hotels, and support opening new hotels in-country.
•Lead Mexico press/PR/media strategy and internal/external communications, including crisis communications support and monthly financial process for Marketing MX and Loyalty cost centers.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Business, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, Journalism, or related fields.
•MBA, postgraduate, or specialization in the area (differentiator).
•Minimum 3 years of experience in loyalty programs and their marketing and operations strategies.
•Experience in marketing, digital business, CRM, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or retail/services.
•Advanced English is required (Portuguese is a plus), with advanced Excel and data analysis tools; ability to work cross-functionally and manage budgets/forecasts.
