Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of workstreams or modules with executive-ready recommendations, translating ambiguous problems into hypotheses, analyses, and insights while ensuring high-quality outputs.
•Build trusted relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders, guiding discussions and shaping decision-making through insight-led conversations.
•Mentor and develop Consultants and junior team members, providing feedback and fostering a high-performing consulting team.
•Apply AI-enabled approaches to accelerate research, analysis, and synthesis, promoting adoption of AI-driven solutions across client engagements.
•Support business development by contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and identifying follow-on opportunities within engagements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, insurance, project management, or related business/finance functions.
•Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking; ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
•Ability to lead small teams or workstreams with solid project planning and coordination in international settings.
•Proficiency in the responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) and integrating AI into daily consulting tasks.
