Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide input and implement HR strategy aligned to the organization’s vision and operational goals.
  • •Support leaders with HR best practices to address day-to-day workforce needs and drive engagement, retention, and development.
  • •Identify and correct EEO/AA risk patterns and conduct workplace investigations to resolve conflict and performance issues.
  • •Coach site leadership to strengthen decision-making and performance through talent development and performance management.
  • •Partner with COE and People Operations to design and implement HR programs and workforce strategy, including talent enablement improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • •Bilingual in Spanish, Pohnpei, or Lao preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; AI experience preferred.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
