Job Summary

Build and improve a Continuous Integration platform that helps engineering teams build, test, and deploy defense technology faster and more reliably. You’ll design secure CI/CD pipelines across multiple enclaves, partner with engineers to reduce deployment friction, and deliver infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/Ansible and related tools. You’ll also create monitoring and logging to support operations, troubleshooting, and incident response across cloud and robot environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment software across multiple enclaves.
•Collaborate with software engineers to optimize build and test processes, reduce deployment friction, and integrate security controls early.
•Build infrastructure-as-code frameworks to provision and configure development, test, and production environments aligned with DISA STIG and NIST 800-53.
•Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
•Own epics end to end, deliver against a shared roadmap, and instrument metrics to improve the CI experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
•Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, and Rust.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
•Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
•Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes (or Docker Swarm), plus Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash).
