Job Summary

Coordinate the end-to-end production schedule for experimental Ink animation pipelines, from pre-production through post-production. Support Production Management and artists by tracking assignments, ensuring needed materials and approvals, organizing review deliverables, and maintaining workflow documentation. Partner with production and tech teams to configure and troubleshoot FlowPT and GenAI-native workflows, analyze reports for schedule health, and document learnings to improve future shows.

•Support and track artist assignments and timelines with the Production Manager.
•Ensure artists and crew have required materials and understand new workflows within the broader pipeline; escalate training/tooling needs.
•Coordinate reviews, including setting agendas and ensuring timely approvals, and organize delivery of review materials/assets to stakeholders.
•Maintain tracking tools, create/update workflow documentation as processes evolve, and collaborate with tech teams to implement tools and document learnings.
•Coordinate shot and sequence breakdowns and maintain/configure FlowPT for the show, troubleshoot GenAI-native workflow challenges, and elevate schedule/scope/quality risks with proposed options.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Production Assistant or Production Coordinator on CG feature films, episodic series, or short-form animated content.
•Working knowledge of asset and shot tracking systems, preferably FlowPT, with openness to supporting GenAI/traditional hybrid workflows.
•Experience using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
•Familiarity with traditional and GenAI creative tools.
•Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
