Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BIM requirements and documentation (Asset Information Requirements, Exchange Information Requirements, Project Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans where applicable).
  • •Define BIM implementation strategy and project setup, and deliver project/program BIM execution across multiple project stages.
  • •Lead BIM information management and supply chain management, including BIM compliance checking and BIM data verification.
  • •Perform model assurance (strategy plus model/BIM data analysis), chair and run BIM workshops, and report key risks with effective mitigations in plain language.
  • •Manage and lead BIM coordinators, assess project team BIM competency, and support tender bidding with BIM-related inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years’ experience in BIM management across architecture, engineering, and construction projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Advanced proficiency configuring and managing Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and delivering BIM authoring/validation/coordination with tools such as Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker, and IFC Checker.
  • •Strong knowledge of dimensioning, measures, metadata, schemas, and up-to-date awareness of ISO 19650 standards.
  • •Ability to lead model assurance activities, including BIM data analysis, and assess teams’ BIM competency to develop and approve BIM Execution Plans.
  • •Strong consulting and business analysis capability, including clear written documentation and plain-language risk reporting.
