Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead day-to-day sales and customer experience efforts in-store by applying the V.I.B.E.S service model and coaching your team to deliver outstanding service. Assist across departments—POS operations, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom standards—while working with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals. Serve as a brand ambassador, champion positive team culture, and handle key holder duties including opening/closing, cash handling, and asset protection.
