•Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team; set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals and motivate the team to reach them.
•Prepare Sales Reports; responsible for preparing and delivering sales reports to management and reporting on team performance.
•Leadership and Motivation Skills; motivate agents to reach sales goals and train, encourage, inspire and reward team members for achievements.
