Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a defined set of international suppliers to secure material availability and ensure product availability in factories.
  • •Drive customer demand fulfilment by balancing inventory within agreed targets (LSL/USL) for supplier managed and owned inventory (SMI/SMOI).
  • •Place and track purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and monitor supplier delivery performance (VMI/CLIP).
  • •Follow material life cycle to ensure timely availability and prevent obsolescence; perform inventory analysis and define inventory policy.
  • •Prepare and support factory daily management rhythm and monthly S&OP meetings; perform and report on supplier reviews (e.g., MPR, BRM).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant industrial, operational, supply chain management, or business administration discipline.
  • •2–3 years of experience in similar (process industry) supply chains.
  • •Excellent analytical skills with highly proficient Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • •Self-starting, proactive, make-it-happen mindset with the ability to drive outcomes.
  • •Dutch proficiency and English is a must.
