Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain client relationships by delivering advice and analysis on strategic issues and opportunities.
•Provide strategic leadership in evaluating and executing complex CIB transactions across multiple product lines, collaborating across deal teams to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
•Lead cross-functional teams executing all aspects of CIB transactions, coordinating with relationship managers, risk partners, and capital markets specialists to manage client relationships and negotiate with investors.
•Leverage industry knowledge to assess market and financial trends and create thematic content and pitch ideas for clients and prospects.
•Supervise and optimize team talent through training, feedback, and leadership while managing a pipeline of opportunities across an industry group or geography.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
•15+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Middle Market Banking, Corporate Banking, or executive-level roles.
•Exceptional technical and analytical skills with a strong foundation in corporate finance and CIB solutions (including capital budgeting, M&A, leveraged finance, equity/debt capital markets, and credit underwriting).
•Proven track record in originating, structuring, and closing complex financial transactions, with demonstrated relationship development and client advisory success.
•Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required; Series 24 (Supervisor) preferred; ability to travel as required.
