Job Summary

Lead and grow NBCUniversal’s eCommerce footprint across EMEA by driving partner relationships, optimizing digital shelf performance, and shaping strategic growth plans. Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Franchise, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to rollout eCommerce frameworks, manage media investments, and pilot innovative formats like social commerce and AI-driven personalization to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow key eCommerce partner relationships through KPIs, joint business plans and performance reviews
•Lead and develop strong relationships and drive efficient communications with Licensees to ensure alignment of joint execution plans, to convey regular updates on franchise and category performance
•Lead recurring business reviews, planning sessions, and cross functional alignment
•Support partners with best practice execution to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion
•Oversee and optimise day to day digital shelf execution (such as content, search, availability, promotional planning)

Key Requirements

•Experience in working with Amazon Ads or Retail with knowledge of both areas of the business
•Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
•Demonstrable experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail or FMCG, ideally in a multinational environment
•Ability to build relationships within a matrix organization and manage diverse audiences
•Fluency in English; another European language is advantageous
