Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and CRM initiatives across multiple markets as a senior individual contributor. Translate commercial needs into system solutions, run discovery and backlog management, and perform gap analyses to design improvements. Lead projects from scoping through configuration, testing, and production deployment, write user stories and acceptance criteria for technical teams, represent regional priorities with global counterparts, and provide training and documentation.
