Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage a diverse set of initiatives delivering sustainable, transformational goals for CFN.
  • •Enable the Communication & transformation framework by coordinating cross-functional leaders with a deep focus on process standardization and customer first.
  • •Own key workstreams to automate and track improvements in customer engagement and operational activities.
  • •Engage with CLIC capabilities, Automation COE, and communications working partner to drive key transformational projects.
  • •Provide relationship leadership by developing business partnerships across AXP and overseeing development and execution of a portfolio of initiatives in the communication workstream.

Key Requirements

  • •Exceptional track record of commitment to integrity and service.
  • •Strong exposure to project management, MIS capabilities, and data analysis frameworks.
  • •Experience in Consumer, Merchant & Commercial Services.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including leading discussions with senior leaders to make fact-based decisions.
  • •Strong relationship management and collaboration skills to influence internal and external stakeholders across geographies.
