Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for public health and fire protection systems, drainage, and water storage.
  • •Create and update Revit families and parametric components to support model delivery.
  • •Generate technical drawings, sections, and schedules from models.
  • •Prepare and support clash detection activities through model clean-up and readiness.
  • •Maintain model standards, libraries, and project templates, ensuring compliance with BIM execution plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, Public Health Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in BIM modelling within a building services environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of public health and fire protection systems and how to represent them in BIM.
  • •Proficiency with BIM software including Revit (MEP specialism), AutoCAD, and Navisworks (Dynamo is advantageous).
  • •Experience with Revit families/templates and familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2/LOD standards, including UAE/GCC code/regulation awareness.
