Key Responsibilities

•Work with clients on projects and initiatives within the UK Infrastructure business, supporting water and resilience sectors.
•Apply contract and cost management practices to deliver cost control, change management, valuation, and reporting.
•Support procurement, estimating, pricing, and commission management throughout the project lifecycle.
•Identify and drive efficiencies and improvements across the project life cycle.
•Collaborate in a flexible working environment while meeting expectations for client office presence and travel.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience and strong understanding of contract management, including NEC3 and options A, C and E preferred.
•Strong cost management capability, including change management and control, valuation, risk management, procurement, estimating, pricing, and reporting.
•Knowledge of construction industry technical matters such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
•Good communication and a collaborative, best-for-project approach, including sharing best practice.
•Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant subject and ideally professional body membership or working towards it.
