Handle complex financial analysis for Technology Management, including forecasts, budgeting and reporting. Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including forecasting and P&L variance analysis, and present key drivers to management.
•Assist in annual planning and forecasting, ensuring budget integrity and timely submissions; provide recommendations to stakeholders.
•Support invoicing, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities (reclassifications and adjustments).
•Collaborate with North America-based partners and Manila colleagues for knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of processes.
•Develop and maintain reporting views and financial metrics to support decision-making and productivity improvements.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of collective experience in general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, procurement, project management and related finance functions.
•Strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial results.
•Broad financial and accounting knowledge with a 4-year degree in a related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information to management.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/BI tools such as SAP, PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, Clarity PPM and Power BI is a plus.
