Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle monthly/quarterly forecasting, P&L variance analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for management.
  • •Support annual planning and forecasting by ensuring budget preparation, timeliness, and integrity, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Process technical services invoices, submit invoices as requested, manage cost chargebacks, and support month-end close activities including reclassifications and adjustment entries.
  • •Collaborate with North America-based partners for knowledge transfer and coordinate with Manila and other-location partners on deliverables.
  • •Improve recurring expense reporting views, develop financial/business metrics, and contribute to special projects and ad hoc requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of collective experience across general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and related finance functional areas.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial results and variances.
  • •Knowledge of cost accounting and project management skills.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills to present relevant information to management.
  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial systems including PeopleSoft and experience with tools such as HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP, and Clarity PPM (Power BI is a plus).
