Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and prioritise the product backlog across AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot, and OEM products to keep work delivery-ready.
  • •Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that give engineering confidence in what to build.
  • •Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies as the product representative.
  • •Maintain and update the product roadmap, providing stakeholders visibility of priorities, progress, and delivery timelines.
  • •Coordinate product releases and report delivery metrics, progress, and risks while aligning Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst within a SaaS environment.
  • •Proven experience managing product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and features.
  • •Strong ability to write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement/reviews.
  • •Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.
