Key Responsibilities

•Load and unload grain, agronomy, and feed products and handle bulk or packaged agricultural inputs.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting hoses as needed.
•Control and monitor all load-out functions and operate automated scale/dump systems.
•Perform and record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks (e.g., lubrication, inspecting equipment for leaks).
•Maintain safe, orderly work areas, perform grounds and warehouse tasks (including forklift operation), and report safety concerns and maintenance needs to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile equipment.
•Obtain certifications to operate equipment, including the opportunity to obtain a CDL; Hazmat endorsement preferred.
•Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs and properly record daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks.
•Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
