Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and deploy server system inband and out-of-band RAS solutions using AMD processors and related components for high-performance computing and data center applications.
  • •Lead end-to-end execution of RAS features from concept through productization for AMD server products.
  • •Collaborate with customers and internal architects (processor/IP/SOC, network and IO, application and system software) to optimize server RAS solutions.
  • •Conduct R&D on next-generation system designs to improve reliability, availability, and serviceability for data center solutions.
  • •Influence future server product architectures and technology execution, establishing credibility and aligning stakeholders on solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated RAS expertise through multiple generations of product deployments.
  • •Demonstrated server products experience across architecture, development, and design including memory, I/O, power delivery, power management, boot process, firmware, and BMC/hardware management through release to production.
  • •Detailed understanding of RAS for server industry-standard buses such as DDR, PCIe, and other high-speed IO protocols.
  • •Experience working across engineering disciplines and geographies to deliver results.
  • •Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with extensive experience.
