Key Responsibilities

  • •3+ years of professional coding experience in web backend technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails) and Go/Ruby/Python, with safe rollout practices (feature flags, A/B tests).
  • •Demonstrated experience with architectural and system design choices, ability to communicate trade-offs, and mentor other team members.
  • •Practical experience with emulation and simulation of networking devices.
  • •Experience leading projects by defining well-scoped stepping stones, identifying metrics, and thriving in a fast-paced agile engineering team.
