Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners; serve as the primary technical liaison to ensure client feedback informs requirements generation.
  • •Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance, managing incident response and after-action, and using metrics to identify and quantify improvements.
  • •Translate strategic business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, overseeing execution through completion to deliver intended outcomes and value.
  • •Autonomously execute on ambiguous client requirements with high ownership, becoming a trusted partner to engineers.
  • •Manage and unblock cross-team projects across multiple initiatives (e.g., hardware, product, test operations) and support drafting technical proposals with accurate scoping and resourcing.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven customer-facing technical program management and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace domains.
  • •7+ years of experience leading a technical team of peers to field hardware or software products in real operating environments.
  • •Strong technical aptitude to understand technical designs and the software development lifecycle, including challenges and risks.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across varying technical comfort levels.
  • •Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and travel up to 50% of the time.
