•Own the product strategy for Docker’s AI & Agent Platform, defining vision, roadmap, success metrics, and tradeoffs.
•Build from zero by writing initial specs, prototyping with engineering, validating with customers, and iterating rapidly.
•Drive delivery by scoping and prioritizing with engineering, shipping iteratively, and measuring outcomes.
•Define how secure execution, agent-to-tool connectivity, model access, governance, and observability compose into a coherent platform.
•Shape developer experiences and partner across engineering and design to deliver intuitive products across CLI, IDE, and CI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years on developer tools, infrastructure, or platform products.
•Deep technical fluency to understand container and VM runtimes and how AI agents and LLMs connect to tools via protocols.
•Proven ability to take products from idea to launch in fast-moving environments (0-to-1).
•Builder mentality: prototype early ideas, sketch architectures, and validate with customers before specs are finalized.
•Strong product sense and UX instincts for developer experiences, from API design to CLI ergonomics and error messages.
