Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic work using clearly prescribed procedures.
  • •Respond to customer service requests, including natural gas connections and disconnections as operator-qualified.
  • •Inform customers of needed repairs and ensure they understand and are satisfied with work completed.
  • •Install, program, and operate Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment; read meters and record usage for billing.
  • •Maintain accurate service records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements, including identifying and reporting safety and encroachment issues.
