Job Summary

Mid-level planning maintenance analyst responsible for designing and executing preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance for Mercado Envios operations. You will analyze equipment performance (MTTR/MTBF), plan resource and spare parts availability, and lead continuous improvement using root-cause analysis and Lean Six Sigma. Collaborate with Operations to optimize asset reliability in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Elaborate and implement preventive, predictive, and scheduled maintenance plans to ensure availability and minimize operation disruption.
•Analyze and report equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities using indicators such as MTTR and MTBF.
•Plan and secure availability and allocation of resources and spare parts, equipment and labor to support maintenance routines.
•Promote continuous improvement in maintenance routines through root-cause analysis, PDCA and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to raise asset reliability.
•Monitor budget and maintenance-related Capex/Opex and maintenance inventory, coordinating with Operations to negotiate maintenance windows and downtime.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Administration or related fields
•Solid experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP PM and MM or equivalent, and familiarity with platforms like Maximo or Oracle
•Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including macros programming
•Lean Six Sigma knowledge and methodologies
•Experience in asset management in logistics or manufacturing environments
