Key Responsibilities

  • •Process provider and business unit invoices in relevant systems within defined SLAs.
  • •Validate invoice data and ensure correctness before payment execution.
  • •Approve provider self-invoices according to defined rules.
  • •Ensure accurate and timely rebilling of costs to Business Partners.
  • •Handle provider requests via shared mailboxes and escalate complex or non-standard issues to Senior Agents or Team Leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
  • •Proficiency in German (minimum B1/B2 level).
  • •Strong attention to detail with the ability to validate invoice data for correctness before payment execution.
  • •Ability to follow defined procedures and guidelines with numerical and analytical thinking.
  • •Basic understanding of financial and accounting processes is an advantage.
