Senior Tax Counsel - US (San Jose)

Provide U.S. tax legal support across structuring and planning, tax controversy, and tax aspects of product launches and M&A. Partner with business, legal, accounting, and operations to review tax provisions in transactional agreements, perform tax research, and advise on due diligence and modeling. Where needed, manage U.S. federal tax audits and draft responses. Serve as a point person for analyses in Subchapters C and K.
