Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary accounting and tax SME, providing guidance on US GAAP, IFRS, indirect tax requirements, and payment compliance controls.
  • •Provide end-to-end oversight of Indirect Tax, Payee Operations, and newly transitioned Accounting and Payment processes.
  • •Lead transition, stabilization, governance, and ongoing oversight of Accounting and Payment activities migrated under Perform Global Accounting and Research Functions and Complete Payment Processing.
  • •Interpret complex accounting, reconciliation, payment, and indirect tax matters; drive stakeholder alignment and mitigate financial, compliance, and operational risks.
  • •Drive transformation initiatives including automation, AI-enabled solutions, process standardization, and control optimization; deliver domain training and ensure audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Accountant / CPA qualification, and related certifications (e.g., IFRS Diploma).
  • •Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience across Corporate Accounts Payable, accounting, tax, payment operations, risk and controls, or related finance operations (preferably banking/financial services).
  • •Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS, with ability to interpret requirements for accounting, reconciliation, and payment matters.
  • •Knowledge of indirect tax requirements and payment compliance controls, including associated financial, compliance, and operational risks.
  • •Experience leading transition, stabilization, governance, and oversight of high-risk finance processes, with a strong control mindset and audit readiness.
