  • •Lead document production for due diligence, audits, and investor requests.

  • •Build tools to automate operational work to increase velocity and precision.
  • •Handle critical day-to-day operations across investor relations, equity management, HR, and compliance for both GI and Medal.

Key Requirements

  • •Have built an agent or automation before, and be able to identify manual workflows to automate using tools like Claude and other LLMs.
  • •Extreme attention to detail with a standard of 100% correctness (catching errors in names, dates, and formatting).
  • •1 to 4 years of experience in a high-precision environment such as paralegal work, investment banking, consulting, or legal/compliance ops at a startup.
  • •Legal ops experience is a plus; deep legal expertise is not required.
  • •Be highly ambitious and eager to learn, taking on new operations and research projects as the company grows.
