Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of consumer product design experience, including injection molding, sheet metal forming, and sensor/electronics integration.
  • •Experience shipping high-volume consumer products, including manufacturing support in Asia, with willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.
  • •Highly proficient with 3D modeling and simulation tools (e.g., Solidworks, NX, Creo).
  • •Experience with high-volume manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability/assembly (DFM/DFA), tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
  • •BSME or equivalent (MS preferred), with a solid understanding of root cause analysis, DOEs, and quality measuring techniques.
