Key Responsibilities

  • •Create block patterns and help patterns to enable basic block creation and style-specific pattern requirements.
  • •Consolidate and validate block requirements across business units and support governance of new block development and updates.
  • •Conduct block reviews and market-reality assessments with key stakeholders.
  • •Provide early technical guidance on fit, construction, workmanship, and recommend and validate block selection for fit consistency across styles.
  • •Support training on size & fit standards, contribute expert input during onsite milestone fitting sessions, and support designers’ 3D workflow with pattern and construction guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher Diploma or above in Fashion and Garment Technology.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of experience in apparel technical development, especially pattern making, grading, and block development.
  • •Deep understanding of fit principles, size & fit systems, and garment construction techniques.
  • •Experience across knits, wovens, tights, sports bras, and outerwear.
  • •Fluent in English with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
