Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and develop WBS for small projects and help establish project baseline data using drawings and specifications.
  • •Conduct initial analysis of cost and schedule variances and support trending/forecasting with assembled data.
  • •Track and analyze manpower, labor hours, labor costs, and actual cost against funding limitations and budget constraints.
  • •Support tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments/expenditures and understand revenue/cost concepts.
  • •Assist with project reporting and may participate in project cost review meetings.
